As Americans are feeling the pain of recession and inflation stemming from the Biden Administration’s horrible policies, it is more tempting than ever to turn to the government for support and welfare. However, doing so could be more harmful than we think and cheats us of the dignity that comes from work. Instead, we should turn our focus to job development and creation, thereby creating the circumstances for human flourishing.

Join with us as TPPF hosts a summit in partnership with the Austin Area Urban League, the Texas Black Caucus Foundation and the Texas Workforce Commission, that will discuss the state of the Black Texas workforce, explore the problems in the current economic environment, and provide policy solutions to increase happiness, generate wealth, and improve the quality of life for all Texans.

Complimentary lunch will be provided for in-person attendees. Guest check-in begins at 8:45AM.
