TPPF provides research and commentary on the impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Critical Race Theory (CRT) in Texas and nationwide, tracking the push to categorize people as the oppressors or the oppressed and undermine American values and the academic foundation built on Western civilization.
DEI and CRT have infiltrated classrooms, campuses, corporate offices, and government agencies across the country. The Foundation monitors that movement and pushes back on it.
Our work documents where these ideas took hold, what they cost, and how they have shaped hiring, training, and what students are taught.
