The Texas Regulatory Consistency Act often referred to as the Death Star Law is fully in effect. This means that cities and counties in Texas must rein in their regulations on Texas business that do not conform with state law.
This panel will discuss the current status of the “Death Star” Law’s implementation and what this impactful legislation means for Texas’ business owners. They will also look to the future and discuss what can be done in the 90th Texas Legislature to continue to support Texas business. Join an informative and fruitful conversation on how Texas can continue to fight back against oppressive regulations.
