Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation will host a livestream discussion on border security , focusing on solutions to the Biden administration’s self-induced crisis at the southern border. The panel will take place immediately following Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas’ Thursday morning appearance before the House Judiciary committee and feature former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott and Director of Right on Immigration Ken Oliver.
The panel will discuss his testimony, including 5 questions TPPF suggested he be asked. Panelists will assess the damage that has been done by Secretary Mayorkas’ implementation of the Biden administration’s irresponsible and reckless border management, immigration enforcement and asylum policies, as well as the short and long-term solutions.
