The threat of Islamist radicalization is not distant or abstract; it operates through networks embedded in our institutions, classrooms, and civic life. This Primer brings together national security experts, policymakers, and researchers to examine how Islamist organizations, foreign-funded actors, and transnational influence networks operate inside the United States and what Texas can do about it. From campus activism to illicit finance, this discussion will equip policymakers with the knowledge to protect constitutional governance, strengthen accountability, and defend the institutions that make American self-government possible.
