It is no secret that government overreach and heavy-handed attempts at control constantly flow forth from Washington, D.C. Whether it’s overbearing executive orders, poorly thought-out legislation, or flat-out unconstitutional regulations put out by unelected bureaucrats, it feels like almost nothing good comes from our nation’s capital. However, it didn’t used to always be this way—and it doesn’t have to stay like this. A few years ago, a visionary thinker left TPPF to go head up the Heritage Foundation and bring the successes of the conservative states across our great nation and plant it in our capital. Today, he’s back in Texas to share the lessons he’s learned and his vision for the future.

Join us as TPPF’s Joshua Treviño hosts a chat with our good friend and the president of The Heritage Foundation, Dr. Kevin Roberts, on his experience on bringing conservative values back to our nation’s capital. Josh and Kevin will talk about Kevin’s new book, Dawn’s Early Light: Taking Back Washington to Save America and cover what Texans and Americans need to do to take back the freedoms that have been eroded by years of poor governance by the Washington elites.

A complimentary reception will be provided for in-person attendees, and Dr. Roberts will be hosting a book signing after the discussion. You’re also welcome to tune in online via livestream.
