Our immigration system is broken. Cartels use our porous border to exploit those seeking a better life in the United States for their own personal gain. As the largest border state, Texas is disproportionately impacted by this crisis. In fiscal year 2019, almost 1 million foreign nationals were apprehended at the southern border. This is the greatest apprehension total in over a decade. Congress’s failure to address this has exasperated the emergency along the border. Couple that with the Trump Administration’s actions being blunted by liberal judges, solutions to address the crisis seem to be caught in the DC gridlock.

Please join the Midland LLC* and TPPF’s Igor Magalhaes for a conversation about the state of the border, how it impacts the Lone Star State, and how TPPF is working to end the impasse in Washington to resolve the crisis at the border.

Complimentary lunch will be served.
