The 2019 Texas Legislative Session will prove to be a critical time in our state’s history. With our elected officials looking to take on major policy issues such as property tax relief and school finance reform, there is no better time to make a lasting impact on the Lone Star State for generations to come – and the Texas Public Policy Foundation is offering Liberty Leadership Council members the opportunity to do just that.

If you are looking to be involved and make a difference this session, please join us on February 13th for the LLC Legislative Day. Sit down with our policy experts for an in-depth analysis on the issue most important to you and how it relates to the 86th Legislative Session, connect with elected officials and their staff, and even sit in on a live hearing at the Texas Capitol. This day-long gathering will equip you with the knowledge and tools to see that the standard of the average citizen is kept high – with the support of the entire TPPF team behind you.

Full agenda is forthcoming. For planning purposes, the day will start with breakfast at 9am and end with a reception at 6pm. Time will be spent at the TPPF office as well as the Texas State Capitol. Dress is business attire. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. TPPF will reimburse attendees for gas for those traveling by vehicle to and from Austin but you MUST turn in all receipts.
