The Texas Public Policy Foundation has been at the forefront of the fight to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA) – AKA: ObamaCare. With TPPF’s Rob Henneke as lead counsel, TPPF and co-Plaintiff prevailed at the trial court with the federal judge entering judgment that the individual mandate is unconstitutional and, with it inextricably intertwined with the entirety of the Act, all of the ACA was declared invalid. Rob recently argued the case at the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and is awaiting the decision on a case that most expect to be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2020.
