City ordinances have allowed for the seizure of private property, the forced closing of major business and industry, and more. What is the proper role of government during a public health crisis and how should it be handled to ensure a balance of safety with individual liberty? And, perhaps most importantly, what can we do to restore our economy as well as reform local-government authority?
