“Our nation cannot be characterized by using a zero sum approach. One group of people do not always win thereby forcing another group of people to always lose. Our success or failure does not depend on whether we are Black, White, Brown, or any other color; rather it is driven by the content of our character and our willingness to work hard.” – Dr. Richard Johnson, Director, Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Booker T. Washington Initiative

LLC members* are invited to a salon dinner** on the topic of critical race theory (CRT) and how it has been taught in our schools. Over catered dinner and drinks, we will discuss CRT’s goals, implications, and long-term effects on our children and our nation.
