Young professionals are invited to join the Austin Liberty Leadership Council (LLC)* for a conversation on family formation, marriage, and the everyday work of building a culture rooted in responsibility, faith, gratitude, and resilience. Guided by Hannah Bruck of TPPF’s Family Success Project, we’ll explore why strong families matter and what young adults can do to build homes where timeless values are not simply taught, but actually practiced.
Our featured guest, author Jana Spruce, believes America hasn’t lost its values: we’ve simply stopped practicing them. A Texan, mother of five, and 30-year aerospace veteran who led the spacecraft team behind the first fully successful commercial moon landing, Jana is the author of Home of the Brave: Raising Patriots One Holiday at a Time. She’ll share how grit, honesty, gratitude, faith, and patriotism are built through intentional habits and traditions rather than picked up by accident.
As Texas takes a renewed, unapologetically pro-family approach to strengthening marriage, encouraging family formation, and helping children thrive, this conversation offers a practical look at what that mission begins with: the values we practice at home.
