AUSTIN – This week, the Texas Public Policy Foundation released the second installment in the video series, Wind Power Unplugged, which aims to tell the full story of wind power and wind power subsidies.

The video premiered at a TPPF event in Georgetown, Texas, a city that claims to be powered by 100 percent renewable energy. The purpose of the event was to discuss the truth about how the city is powered and the unseen costs.
