AUSTIN – The Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Policy Primer, “New EPA Rules and Their Effect on Families,” takes place on Wednesday, August 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Foundation’s Austin office.

Kathleen Hartnett White, Director of the Foundation’s Armstrong Center for Energy and the Environment, will moderate a panel discussion analyzing how the EPA’s new regulations will impact electricity prices, fuel costs, and unemployment. Panelists include:
