AUSTIN – In celebration of Constitution Day, the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) will host a discussion on the historical significance of America’s most treasured document TOMORROW, Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. CDT in the Joe B. Hogsett Theater at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. “It’s not an exaggeration to say that Texas offers the best hope for the distinctively American experiment in ordered liberty, which was set in motion during the Constitutional Convention of 1787,” said TPPF Executive Vice President Dr. Kevin Roberts.
