This short video chronicles the efforts of entrepreneur Sara Travis, owner of Brewhub, a successful mobile coffee-vending business, to get permits she needed to operate in the city of Chicago. Frustrated at Chicago’s unwillingness to grant the permits for her to operate legally, she recently left Chicago for Austin, Texas. 

Over the last decade, Illinois’ burdensome tax and regulatory climate has forced thousands of small business owners to cut jobs or leave the state entirely.
