Elected to Represent Texas House District 89 in 2018, Representative Candy Noble is in her second term and serves on four important House Committees: Ways & Means, Human Services, Resolutions Calendars and on the House- Senate Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Community-Based Care Transition.
Candy serves as the Secretary of the Texas House Republican Caucus. She is a Board member of both the Texas Conservative Coalition and the Texas Conservative Coalition Research Institute.
In 2019 Representative Noble was honored as a GOPAC “Emerging Leader.” She was one of only 30 state legislators from across the nation to earn this distinction that year.
A strong proponent of education, Candy is proud of her 1983 degree in Education from Hardin-Simmons University. She currently serves on the HSU Board of Trustees.
Candy has been married to Robert for 39 years and they live in Lucas. They have three daughters, three sons-in-law, and nine grandchildren. Candy and Robert are active members of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano.
