TPPF Helps Secure Injunc­tion Stop­ping Biden Admin­is­tra­tion from Destroy­ing Texas Bor­der Barriers

AUSTIN — The Texas Public Policy Foundation is celebrating a Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals injunction order that the federal government cannot destroy concertina wire barriers placed by the State of Texas to deter illegal border crossings. TPPF is co-counsel with the Texas Attorney General.

“The federal government cannot destroy Texas property, especially border barriers that work. The Biden administration’s malfeasance in addressing the border crisis puts Americans in danger, while enriching the violent Mexican cartels who profit from unchecked human trafficking and drug smuggling. The State of Texas is doing the humane thing by working to secure the border,” said Robert Henneke, co-counsel & Texas Public Policy Foundation General Counsel.
