The Texas Public Policy Foundation filed an amicus brief in support of the Trump Administration’s price transparency rule.
“Patients receive an invoice weeks after the service in the hospital but never up-front,” said TPPF’s David Balat. “The Administration’s price transparency rule is simply an attempt to change this practice to allow patients to know and negotiate the cost of their care before receiving treatment.”
