AUSTIN — Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation congratulated its former president, Brooke Rollins, on confirmation as Secretary of Agriculture by the U.S. Senate. Brooke led TPPF for 15 years, before leaving in 2017 to serve in the White House. She served on the board of TPPF since her departure, right up until the day she was appointed Secretary of Agriculture.
“The message to America’s farmers and rancher is just this: Hold on; help is on the way,” says TPPF CEO Greg Sindelar. “Brooke Rollins is a great choice for Secretary of Agriculture, having grown up on the family farm in Glen Rose and earning a degree in agriculture development at Texas A&M University.
