AUSTIN—Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation congratulated its former president, Brooke Rollins, on her nomination as Secretary of Agriculture by President-elect Donald Trump. Rollins led TPPF for 15 years, before leaving in 2017 to serve in the White House.
