Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation announced the Winning the War on Woke in Higher Education panel, taking place during the Wednesday, March 20th session of the Texas Policy Summit. TPPF’s Sherry Sylvester will lead a discussion with other higher education experts on how the left is radicalizing higher education, the success Texas has had at fighting back, and what comes next.
“Texas has been one of the first states to strike a blow at institutionalized woke on our university campuses by passing the strongest anti-DEI legislation in the country,” said Sylvester. “The members of this panel have undertaken a variety of strategies to return our campuses to their mission of free and open inquiry, individual freedom, autonomy and science based research. The discussion will include what has been done to transform higher education in Texas and the challenges that remain.”
