AUSTIN – The Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Economist Vance Ginn will speak at a town hall meeting hosted by Texas Senator Don Huffines on Wednesday, October 7th at 7:00 pm CDT at the University Park Public Library in University Park, Texas.
