AUSTIN – The Honorable Talmadge Heflin, director of the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s (TPPF) Center for Fiscal Policy and former chairman of the Texas House Committee on Appropriations, will testify before the Texas House Ways & Means Committee TOMORROW, Tuesday, February 17, at 8:30 a.m. CST in Room E2.010 of the Texas State Capitol. Heflin will focus his remarks on TPPF’s fiscal policy priorities that the 84th Legislature can implement to strengthen the Texas model so that Texans have the best opportunity to prosper.
