AUSTIN – The Texas Public Policy Foundation will host a Policy Primer discussing “Is Big Government Driving Out Ridesharing?” TODAY, Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. CDT at the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Joe B. Hogsett Theater.
 
Regulations are creating uncertainty about the future of ridesharing and simultaneously stifling the free market. Panelists will examine the intersection between government and ridesharing companies while trying to map out the appropriate level of regulation.
