AUSTIN – The Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) will host a media conference call briefing TODAY, Tuesday, April 19 at 11:00 a.m. CDT to discuss the Paris climate agreement signing ceremony taking place on Friday, April 22. TPPF’s legal and policy scholars will discuss the implications of the Accord, including why it is not a binding agreement for the United States.
