AUSTIN – Two of the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s scholars will appear on national television this week.

At 4:30 p.m. CDT today, Mario Loyola, Director of the Foundation’s Center for Tenth Amendment Studies, will appear on the “Glenn Beck Television Show” to analyze this week’s U.S. Supreme Court argument in Florida v. HHS, the ObamaCare trial. The Foundation launched PPACAction.com, a website devoted to live coverage of this week’s U.S. Supreme Court argument in Florida v. HHS. The site features daily analysis of each day’s arguments, a special daily edition of “Texas PolicyCast,” and real-time analysis regarding the latest developments in the trial.

At 7:45 a.m. CDT Friday, Chuck DeVore, the Foundation’s Senior Visiting Scholar for Fiscal Policy and a former California state assemblyman and U.S. Senate candidate, will appear on “FOX & Friends” to talk about his recent article on National Review Online explaining why he and so many other Californians had pulled up roots from the Golden State and “Gone To Texas.” DeVore’s article was the most highly read on the site during its first two days following publication.
