AUSTIN — Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation announced that Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick will serve as the keynote speaker during the Thursday, February 20th lunch session of the Texas Policy Summit. Dan Patrick’s bold conservative leadership in the Texas Legislature goes back nearly two decades, starting as a senator and becoming the lieutenant governor. In that time he has achieved historic and unprecedented policy victories that helped make Texas the envy of the nation.
