Speaker of the House Dade Phelan to Speak at Texas Policy Summit

Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation announced that Speaker Dade Phelan will serve as the keynote speaker for the March 2^nd breakfast session of the Texas Policy Summit. As Texas begins a potentially historic legislative session, Speaker Phelan will offer crucial insight into the most important challenges facing the Legislature and the Lone Star state.
