Today, the Texas Public Policy Foundation announced that Greg Sindelar will become Chief Executive Officer of the foundation effective December 1st. He will replace Kevin Roberts who was recently hired to take over as president of the Heritage Foundation. Sindelar has been with the foundation for 14 years and most recently served as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.

“Greg has been a core part of TPPF’s success and growth for many years and helped lead us to becoming the largest and most successful state-based think tank in the country,” said TPPF Board Chairman Tim Lyles. “His vision for the foundation will only improve upon the lasting legacy of our former leaders Brooke Rollins and Kevin Roberts. We are thrilled to have Greg take that helm at such a pivotal moment for the conservative movement, the state of Texas, and the country.”

TPPF’s success derives from one thing: our people,” Sindelar said. “Our team develops, promotes, and pursues the meaningful ideas that have tremendous impact on improving our communities and protecting our freedoms. We stand ready to take on the most difficult challenges to ensure Texas and America remain the brightest beacon of prosperity and opportunity for all.”

“I can think of no one better to lead TPPF than Greg Sindelar,” said Roberts. “It is more important than ever that conservative organizations fight back against an increasingly authoritarian federal government and Greg is the best choice to not only lead the foundation at such a critical time, but also ensure that TPPF remains a model of conservative leadership for the rest of the country.”
