In this recent interview on Bloomberg, FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell explains that not only did the FCC not have the legal authority to enact net neutrality rules, but by doing so, they have created regulatory uncertainty. Commissioner McDowell goes on to explain that the created uncertainty will lead to a decrease in innovation and investment, and ultimately increase costs to the consumer.
