Greyson Gee testifies in support of HB 1481, a bill that aims to mitigate the negative effects of a student’s use of personal communication devices by requiring public school districts and open-enrollment charter schools to prohibit different types of personal communication devices, including cell phones, in order to create a more focused, engaging, and safe learning environment for students.
