This panel will examine how taxpayer-funded cartels like TASB and TML work behind the scenes to manipulate policy, influence the outcome of elections, and undermine the will of taxpayers. Panelists, which will include current/former school board members and local elected officials, will expose how these associations recruit, indoctrinate, and influence members.
