Sen. Cruz’s message is followed by a panel entitled “How Constitutional Litigation Saved America.” The administrative state wasn’t built overnight, and it won’t be dismantled easily. Public interest litigators are taking advantage of a favorable judicial environment to roll back excessive, burdensome, and unconstitutional rules and regulations that affect every American. This panel focused on the efforts to defend individual rights one case at a time.
