American’s for Tax Reform’s Grover Norquist joined the Policy Orientation 2019 stage and spoke on criminal justice reform, tax cuts, and regulatory reform. He said, “Half of the economic growth that come from this administration’s decisions will come from the tax cut and the other half from deregulation.”
