Gabrielle “Elle” Minarik is the Program Manager at Paragon Health Institute, where she advances free-market principles and partnerships in federal health policy. She has more than eight years of experience in federal health policy, research, and strategic strategy.
Before joining Paragon, Gabrielle was a Research Associate at Todd Strategy Group, representing leading biopharmaceutical, life sciences, and health care organizations. She previously served as a Research Analyst and Executive Producer at Farragut Square Group, where she conducted research and provided strategic insights on policy developments affecting health care mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
Gabrielle has also held positions with EMD Serono/Merck KGaA, the United Nations, and U.S. Senator Richard Durbin (IL). She completed the Health Reformers Academy Fellowship’s inaugural cohort and earned her B.A. in International Relations and Global Health Care Policy from American University in 2021.
