Altman about his new book, Israel on Trial: Examining the History, the Evidence, and the Law. In it, Judge Altman applies courtroom-tested standards—burden of proof, corroboration, chain of custody—to scrutinize accusations of colonialism, apartheid, and genocide against Israel. Drawing on historical records, legal precedents, and factual evidence, Judge Altman provides a methodical framework for separating truth from misinformation in an age dominated by viral narratives and polarized debate.
