Professor David Upham is an associate professor of Politics at the University of Dallas where he teaches courses in American political thought and Constitutional Law. He has also published work upon political and legal theory, and has written extensively upon the Fourteenth Amendment. His work has been published in the Wall Street Journal, the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and several other academic periodicals. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife and five school-aged children.
