This November, the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) is presenting its case before the Supreme Court to strike down the Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare) as unconstitutional.

Liberal Democrats want to stand in the way. They even tried to use the confirmation hearing of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to try to discredit the case.
