Here are a few stories of how we put the government on their heels and fight for your freedoms:

  • Last year, TPPF lawyers won a major victory one step below the U.S. Supreme Court when a federal government land grab almost ruined a small, family-owned business. The feds declared this family’s 13 acres of dry land to be a “protected wetland”—even though it was 11 miles from any natural water source!
  • Also in 2018, TPPF’s legal team forced the federal government to stop its attempt to seize 90,000 acres of private property—yes, private property—along the Red River, including family ranches.
  • Currently, we defend a Texas landowner—a generous, community-minded Vietnam veteran—who is threatened by the federal government with possible criminal prosecution if he uses his property—simply because the Bureau of Fish and Wildlife says an endangered spider might live on his land!

We will continue to fight back against government agencies who attempt to steal freedom from good, decent people like you. There’s so much at stake. If they win, they’ll be able to assert power over you and have their way with your daily life. We won’t stop fighting until you and other Americans are free from this government control.
