What’s portrayed as a “humanitarian crisis” is a war with transnational cartels such as Jalisco New Generation Cartel, led by Mexico’s El Mencho, and Tren de Aragua from Venezuela.
Organized crime cells already exist in EVERY state, and have been attributed to nearly 80,000 opioid deaths in the past year. Crime, drugs, and human smuggling are increasing in all major cities as the drug cartels go unchecked and create shipping channels across the country.

Our Plan
At the Texas Public Policy Foundation we’re fighting to preserve Texas, and your way of life. The Biden & Harris administration want open borders to create chaos and allow a socialist utopia for the elites. Our taxes are increasing and disease rates skyrocketing as illegal immigrants get a free ride.
We’re Advocating to:
- Strengthen defenses. We are pursuing legislation to create a new Texas Border Force.
- Designate Mexican cartels as “terrorist organizations,” allowing us to use more forceful and proactive means to prevent further invasion.
- Enforce law SB4 which restores “Catch and Release,” giving border patrol the power to send back millions of migrants that illegally cross the border.
- Win our court cases against the Biden & Harris Administration so we can protect the border with more deterrents such as razor wire, and finish the wall.
