Help Texas Public Policy Foundation lawyers defend the Percy brothers against their local government
When the government comes after someone, it’s easy to feel alone. After all, what is one man against a thousand?

It’s absolutely absurd that a government can punish people for doing what they please on their own private property, like cutting down dead trees.
That’s why the Texas Public Policy Foundation reached out to help the Percy brothers.
Our team of lawyers have filed a lawsuit against the Canton Township for violating their constitutional rights.
But the township is angered that the brothers are standing up for themselves. The local government has even gone so far as to harass the brothers and try to shut down their other businesses. One such business is their trucking company.
This company has been in business for a quarter of a century, and every single year has had all of the required permits and inspections in place. The township doesn’t care about this, though. They’d rather send various government officers to the Percy brothers to scare them into submission to drop their lawsuit about the tree ordinance.
This is blatant harassment.
The local government in Canton, Michigan must not be able to get away with these bully tactics. That’s why the Texas Public Policy Foundation has filed yet another lawsuit against the Township. But we can’t win this case without the support of Americans who share the belief that this government overreach is wrong.
Will you make a donation today to help the Percy brothers defeat the overreach of their local government on their private property rights and family businesses?
