Help defend your Constitutional rights
Help defend your Constitutional rights
with a year-end gift to the Texas Public Policy Foundation
The Constitution of the United States is the bedrock of our great nation, securing our rights to free speech, religious freedom, the right to bear arms, and so much more.
But that hasn’t stopped power-hungry bureaucrats from trying to violate the Constitution, time and time again, at the expense of ordinary, hard-working citizens and landowners. Government agencies like the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service have tried to pull outright land grabs and levy absurd taxes, armed with thousands of lawyers and confident that they will meet no resistance.
But as Texans, we have the obligation to defend liberty when it is threatened. We’ve done it since our founding, and we aren’t stopping any time soon. The Texas Public Policy Foundation’s legal team helps citizens fight back against the federal government.
So far, we’ve helped seven families win their land back from the federal government along the Red River. We’ve helped John Yearwood sue the government he fought for in Vietnam, to keep them from telling him what he can and can’t do on the land that has been in his family for generations. And we’ve helped citizens in other states like Michigan and Illinois win important cases that set precedents that protect you.
But unlike ordinary law firms, we do all this work pro bono, because we believe that citizens shouldn’t have to pay to defend freedoms that were secured centuries ago. That’s why we rely on your support to defend these cases.
Will you make a special year-end gift today, to ensure that TPPF attorneys can continue to fight unjust bureaucrats and overreaching federal agencies in 2020?
Your tax-deductible gift will help people like John Yearwood beat back fines, land grabs, and unjust threats, ensuring that the Tenth Amendment is defended against any challenge.
