STATEMENT OF DEFIANCE

In Response to President Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Far-Left Radicals in Office, the Streets, or Boardrooms

By signing below, I affirm the following:

  • I am aware that President Joe Biden and his administration have targeted Texas as–in the words of his ally House Speaker Nancy Pelosi—“ground zero” for the takeover of our nation by the Radical Left—turning us away from freedom and prosperity and toward the heavy hand of socialism, decline, and misery.
  • I accept their actions as a personal challenge to my beliefs and values as a Texas patriot and a friend of the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
  • Like the Texans who stood against Santa Anna’s big-government troops when the soldiers demanded return of the Gonzales Cannon in 1835, today I say to President Biden and his fellow Radical Progressives, “Come and Take It!”
  • I defy the Radical Left in the White House, Congress, government agencies, corporate boardrooms, and extremist organizations to try to take away my freedom, my opportunity, my prosperity, and our Texas way of life.
  • I stand together with other Texans and Americans against these radicals.
  • I will support the work of the Texas Public Policy Foundation to sustain and expand their impressive efforts to use the best research to persuade lawmakers and grassroots citizens to stand firm against progressive policies. I will never surrender my freedom and prosperity—or my family’s—even in the face of threats of voter fraud, street-level violence, or millions of left-wing  dollars spent against me.

I will give a tax-deductible gift to support the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s 100 policy experts. I want to help TPPF—the most influential policy and action organization in Texas—as you work toward lower property taxes, safer borders, reducing voter fraud, and advancing freedom and prosperity.
