As a Texan, I hereby sign this pledge to Back the Blue!

At this time, with so many of our urban centers rocked by violence and calls to “defund the police,” it’s vital that we emphasize the need for ordered liberty as we advocate to enhance public safety.

I believe that Texas should Back the Blue by: 

1. Enforcing the rule of law;
2. Properly training law enforcement;
3. Building trust with and empowering the communities being policed;
4. Seeking justice for victims and accountability for lawbreaking.
