Rick Fletcher is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Henry Companies located in Midland, Texas. Rick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lubbock Christian University and his Masters of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University. After working in the accounting department of a small drilling company in Abilene for five years, Rick received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University
School of Law. Rick is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New Mexico. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Prior to joining Henry, Rick practiced law in the litigation section of Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, P.C., in Midland, Texas, for 19 years. Rick was elected to the Management Board in 2001 and was President of Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, P.C. from 2003 – 2004. After serving on the Board, Rick was head of the Litigation Section from 2004 – 2007. In 2007, Rick started his own firm; Fletcher Law Offices, P.C., where he practiced law until joining Henry in 2012. Rick oversees the legal needs of all the Henry Companies, as well as, the Henry family.
