Erin Wilcox is an attorney with the Center for the American Future at the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Erin worked as a litigator for National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation and as an attorney-advisor for the D.C. Public Employee Relations Board. During law school, Erin served as a law clerk at the Institute for Justice and was a Charles Koch Summer Fellow.
A native of Georgetown, Texas, Erin holds a J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Wake Forest University. In her spare time Erin enjoys yoga, trying new cocktail bars with her husband Chad, and faithfully cheering for the Demon Deacons.
