Charissa Huntzinger is the former campaign director for the Government for the People and Remember the Taxpayer initiatives at Texas Public Policy Foundation and specializes in child welfare policy. Before joining the Foundation as an analyst, she worked at the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation helping support workforce development programs in Central Texas.

Huntzinger has B.A.s in both political science and French from Baylor University. Her honors thesis, “You Are Who You Fight: the CIA, Covert Action, and National Security,” explored the evolution of the CIA.
