Carter Moxley is a former Energy Intern at the Texas Public Policy Foundation in the Life:Powered initiative, working to increase awareness of American energy policy.

Moxley is a sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin studying Government and Corporate Communications. Before Life:Powered, Carter worked as an Intern in the Texas House of Representatives, the Texas Conservative Coalition Research Institute, the Leadership Institute, and U.S. Congressman Chip Roy’s re-election campaign in 2020. Moxley engages in freelance contributions to The Texas Horn, UT Austin’s first conservative student-led newspaper.

Moxley hopes to work in government and business relations with an emphasis on technology or national security.
