Director, Fueling Freedom Project
Prior to beginning his independent law and policy practice, Mr. Zarin was Senior Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel for Milestone Environmental Services, LLC., a leading provider of E&P waste management services in the Eagle Ford and Permian Basins. Mr. Zarin led Milestone’s corporate growth strategy and expansion efforts. In addition to providing legal support to the organization, he also directed the company’s responses to dynamic regulatory and policy issues, including overseeing all government and regulatory affairs efforts at the State and Federal level. Prior to his role with Milestone, Mr. Zarin became an executive-in-residence with Intervale Capital, an oilfield service-focused private equity fund with $1.2 billion in assets under management, and principal equity sponsor for Milestone.
Previously, Brad was the head of Government Affairs for R360 Environmental Solutions, Inc., a $300 million revenue oilfield waste treatment, recycling and disposal business and portfolio company of Paine + Partners and Tinicum Capital. In October 2012, R360 completed a $1.3 billion sale to Waste Connections, Inc.
Mr. Zarin received his B.A., with honors, in History and Political Science from Loyola University New Orleans, and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Brad lives in Houston with his wife and young son.
